To whom it may concern:
This plaque is in the triangle (not circle) off of Central Drive, Lake Drive & Magnolia Drive and is located about half way between the entrance and the Office building.
Alice, you are right, thanks for catching my error. I will edit this to reflect the right shape of the little "island" that this plaque stands.
